A few weeks back Hayden and I tried to make another adventure up to Sugarloaf lookout above Ed and Kim's cabin. This time we were able to get quite a bit further, but once again we ran into some large snow drifts before reaching the lookout. Undeterred, we decided to hike up the last mile to get the grand view. The hard work was worth it as the 360 degree panoramas were amazing. I can't think of many locations where you can look out at glaciers across the Cascades and then turn around to see a sweeping view of Eastern Washington. Pretty amazing spot!
